Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food production company in their search for Hygiene Operative to work in their leading facility in Deeside.
For the successful Hygiene Operative our client is offering:
- £13.39 per hour
- Monday till Friday 2pm-10pm
- Temp to perm position
- Opportunity for progression

The role - Hygiene Operative:
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled cleaning of production areas, machinery, and equipment.
- Follow and comply with the factory's hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE) safely and effectively.
- Complete cleaning records and checklists accurately and on time.
- Identify and report hygiene issues, damages, or potential contamination risks to supervisors.
- Support deep cleaning and sanitation during shutdowns or changeovers.
What our client is looking for in a Hygiene Operative:
- Previous experience in a food production environment - DESIRABLE
- Previous experience as a hygiene operator - DESIRABLE
- Maintain good attendance in the role
