- DCT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator for a long-term project in Deeside.
- The role requires proven experience in operating overhead cranes in a construction or industrial setting.
- Candidates must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS certification and possess a strong understanding of site health and safety practices.
- The position offers a salary of £23 per hour with full-time hours from 07:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- The contract length is expected to be between 12 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently to move heavy materials and equipment within the site
Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues or faults
Follow health and safety protocols at all times, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
Assist with general site duties when required
Requirements:
Proven experience operating overhead cranes in a construction or industrial setting
Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for overhead crane operation
Strong understanding of site health and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the project
Contract Details:
£23 per hour CIS
Full-time hours: 07:30 17:00, Monday to Friday
Contract length: 12 to 18 months
