HRGO are recruiting production operatives for our manufacturing client on the Deeside Industrial Estate. This is an exciting temp to perm opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills and secure a long-term position with a growing company.
Hours: 6-6 12 hour shifts, including days & nights all Mon-Fri (organised by a shift rota on a weekly cycle)
Pay: 12.89, increasing to 14.92 after training
Location: Deeside Industrial Estate
Responsibilities
- Operating machinery safely, utilising all materials and reducing waste
- Quality checking finished products
- Follow strict H&S procedures and guidelines
- Following KPIs
Requirements
- Previous production/manufacturing experience is essential
- Previous machine operative experience is preferable
- Able to use initiative to safely diagnose and check machinery when faults occur
- Proactive self starter
- Good communication skills
