Hey there! We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. You'll be working closely with our Financial Controller and site management team, helping to whip up financial reports and keep our financial processes smooth and efficient. If you're the kind of person who loves getting things in order and has a sharp eye for numbers, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Financial Controller to create monthly business reports, complete with financial and operational insights.
  • Dive into forecasting and business planning to help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyse sales and cost variances, working closely with our commercial analyst.
  • Take charge of the invoicing process and lend a hand with month-end activities.
  • Manage web cycle invoicing, code invoices.
  • Help out with both financial and non-financial KPI reporting, as well as governmental financial and statistical reporting.
  • Support internal controlling, CAPEX administration, and reporting, and provide insights using Accounts Payable data.
  • Keep our master data tidy and whip up monthly journals, trial balances, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with teams across the board (Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Operations, Legal) to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Get involved in financial projects and uphold our Group's policies on equal opportunities, environment, health, safety, and quality.
Skills & Qualifications You'll Need:
  • AAT qualification (or you're working on it) and a wizard in Excel.
  • Ideally, you've got a background in business or finance and 1-3 years in a similar gig.
  • You're organized, meticulous, and can work independently.
  • Top-notch time management and reporting skills.
  • Dynamic and proactive, always ready to throw innovative solutions into the mix.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (think PIVOTS, advanced formulas, and managing big data).
  • Knowing your way around SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with solid communication.
