Location: Shotton Paper Mill, Deeside Area

Employment Type: Contract (Minimum of 6 months)

Job Description:

We are seeking several experienced TIG Welders to join our team for a project at the Shotton Paper Mill in the Deeside area. The work involves welding stainless steel plates and requires a high level of precision and skill. This is an excellent opportunity for local welders looking for consistent work over the next six months.

Key Details:

• Duration: Minimum of 6 months
• Hours: 10-hour days, 6 days a week
• Pay Rates:
  • Weekdays (All hours) - 24 per hour
  • Saturdays - 32 per hour
  • Sundays - No hours

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with stainless steel plate welding.
• Certification: CCNSG Safety Passport is mandatory.
• Testing: Must pass a weld test in the Wrexham area. The test will include NDT and X-ray evaluations.
• Local Candidates: No accommodation or travel expenses will be covered. Candidates must be local to the Deeside area.
