Job Title: Solar PV Engineer
Location: South East London
Orion is partnering with a forward-thinking renewable energy company to recruit a Solar PG Engineer who is ready to develop their career in the fast-growing renewables industry.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be fully trained in Solar PV systems, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), and domestic heat recovery unitssetting you on a path to becoming a skilled Renewables Engineer.
What Youll Be Doing
- Attend both scheduled and reactive maintenance work across domestic properties.
- Receive full training on MVHR and Solar PV systems.
- Work as part of a skilled team committed to renewable energy solutions.
- Build your experience while earning and progressing toward full qualification.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking driven individuals who:
- Are Part-Qualified Electricians or Electrical Improvers (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Have a strong desire to build a long-term career in renewables.
- Are hands-on, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Value working in a fast-evolving, eco-conscious industry.
Previous experience in renewables is not essential full training will be provided.
The Package
- Salary: £32,250 £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience & skill set)
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Company van, fuel card, mobile phone, and uniform provided

- Monday to Friday working hours (work-life balance supported)
