The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing complex residential projects and must be highly tech-savvy, with up-to-date knowledge of modern construction technology software.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery from pre-construction to handover.

Manage budgets, programmes, quality, and stakeholder coordination.

Drive digital workflows using tools like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.

Oversee reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Champion the adoption and training of new construction technologies.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing large residential developments.

Strong grasp of UK construction standards and procurement.

Proficiency in modern construction tech platforms and BIM workflows.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field; chartership preferred.
