Customer Quality Engineer
Job Description:
  • Liaising regularly with Aerospace Customers/OEM's and providing updates on quality investigations/processes on site
  • Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business (Aerospace advantageous)
  • Proven experience leading root cause investigations for product quality
  • Confident and proven experience dealing with customers from a quality standpoint.
