Murray McIntosh is seeking a Product Performance & Calibration Engineer to start work for a key client on a 12 month contract as detailed below:

Responsibilities and experience:

  • Broad understanding of engine systems and associated components
  • Ability to use software to capture, interpret and analyse machine data
  • Bosch or Delphi software or data strategy experience would be preferred
  • Broad understanding of performance, emissions, calibration and controls
  • Understanding of dyno test cell management and test procedures
  • Experience of managing test procedures to meet deadlines
  • Creation of Engineering Instructions (EI)
  • Strong ECU understanding
  • Knowledge of homologation & certification beneficial
  • Knowledge of base engine, after treatment systems & emissions

This role would suit an engineer who has experience of working as a technician or test engineer with broad knowledge of engine systems and associated components.

Knowledge of ECUs, performance, calibration, emissions & software strategies would be ideal.
