Location: Derby

Pay rate/Salary: Base Salary £32k to £38k + Quarterly and Profit Share Bonus

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday

Type: Permanent – Office/Field based

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

My client is a large independent Electrical Wholesaler based in the Midlands. They are looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Internal Manager to lead a new team dedicated to servicing and nurturing relationships with Key Clients. In this role you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Lead and develop a new team focused on key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities. 
  • Collborate with sales and operations to deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on team performance and customer metrics.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer relationships, engagement and retention.
