They providing essential support services to a wide range of clients across the region and are known for their strong local reputation and commitment to professionalism.The RoleThis is a key standalone role combining bookkeeping with wider office and operations support. You will work closely with the Managing Director and team, managing financial records and assisting with the day-to-day running of the office. The role offers autonomy and flexibility, and is ideal for someone confident in managing varied tasks independently.Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting invoices and managing reconciliations via QuickBooks
  • Handling incoming and outgoing payments, including property-related transactions
  • Managing landlord and contractor payments and recording commissions
  • Preparing staff commission summaries and supporting payroll
  • Creating and following up on sales invoices
  • Maintaining HR files, ordering supplies, and organising office systems
  • Supporting VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and pension contributions
  • Assisting with compliance documentation and liaising with external accountants

Ideal Candidate

  • Solid experience in bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience essential)
  • Able to manage financial and admin tasks independently
  • Well-organised and proactive with a strong attention to detail

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time: 3–4 full days or 5 mornings (e.g. 9am–1pm)
  • Free nearby parking
  • Immediate or early start preferred
