As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of requirements gathering, process analysis, and strategic recommendations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact solutions. Working within an Agile environment, you will engage in user story creation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
  • Develop and refine user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with Agile methodologies.
  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and sprint reviews, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams, ensuring streamlined communication     and project delivery.
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Champion Agile best practices, supporting product and technology teams.
