We are looking for a Carpenter Multi to join the team of an established FM company in the Derby area on a temp to perm basis.

£22-£24ph paid weekly via umbrella
Monday to Friday (07:30-4:00)
Temp to Perm (permanent £32000k)
Derby – Static Role
As a Carpenter Multi, you will be responsible for:

Responding to reactive works within the team

Painting and decorating as needed
-
Repairing floor and wall coverings
-
Carrying out ceiling tile repairs and replacements
-
Performing other building and installation works as required

Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes on AHUs / FCUs, and basic plumbing requirements

Completing fire door replacements and repairs
To be successful as a Carpenter Multi you will need:

Previous experience in a fabric or general building maintenance environment

Good knowledge of PPM routines and general building fabric repairs

Relevant qualifications or proven practical experience in a similar role

Ability to carry out tasks independently and to a high standard]

Joiner qualification
We would like to speak to anyone with experience as a Fabric Engineer, Building Maintenance Operative, Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Joienr, Carpenter Multi or similar within the FM sector.
