We are a specialist engineering company delivering scalable and containerized wastewater treatment systems for both municipal and industrial clients. Based in Leicestershire, we collaborate with international partners to deliver end-to-end engineering, from concept and design through to installation and commissioning.

We are currently seeking an experience Business Development Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and selling a range of water and wastewater treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial and municipal sectors
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and present proposals
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on long-term customer relationships

About You

  • Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years), ideally within water treatment, environmental services, or industrial equipment
  • Strong technical understanding of water/wastewater treatment systems
  • Ideally based within a commutable distance of Derby
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel
