This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to take the lead on developing the charity's marketing functions. Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Creating, implementing and delivering specific marketing campaigns and projects
  • Advancing the profile, reputation, and development of the charity
  • Managing and improve the charity’s website (via contractor)
  • Coordinating and delivering high quality social and digital media content
  • Attending relevant external meetings and presentation events on behalf of the charity
  • Working closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to support a marketing volunteer group to undertake more ‘grass roots’ activities
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring close and effective working relationships across the whole organisation
  • Working with the CEO to produce and implement Marketing and Communications plans and to report regularly to the Fundraising Manager
  • Managing and support a small team of fundraising volunteers
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Must have a driving license
  • Experience developing marketing strategies
  • Experience developing programmes that resonate with different target groups
  • Relationship building experience
  • Self-motivated and results driven
