- Lead & coach three spec-focused colleagues
- Win specifications-deliver CPDs, influence architects early, lift quote conversion
- Own reporting & events-keep CRM sharp, prepare board packs, host factory visits
- Feed market insight into UK and North American expansion plans
You'll Need
- Strong record selling construction products via the specification / CPD route
- Experience guiding or managing sales/spec teams with KPI focus
- Confident presenter who engages architects and senior stakeholders
