With a renewed focus on centralising pricing operations, the business is now seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies that directly impact profitability and market competitiveness.

The RoleAs Senior Pricing Manager, you will lead the organisation's end-to-end pricing strategy, covering day-to-day revenue optimisation through to long-term pricing transformation. You will own pricing performance across multiple products and channels, with responsibility for driving margin growth while improving customer acquisition and retention through intelligent pricing decisions.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will act as the pricing lead across the business-engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders and influencing key decisions across marketing, product, and finance. You'll also manage and mentor a small team (Revenue Manager and Capacity Manager), fostering a culture of commercial accountability and insight-led decision-making.
This role requires strong commercial instinct, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and deliver dynamic pricing strategies across B2C travel products, aligned with revenue and growth targets.

Lead the day-to-day pricing operations and ensure optimal utilisation of capacity, inventory, and seasonal trends.

Engage directly with executive stakeholders to advise on pricing direction, product positioning, and commercial performance.

Manage and develop a team of two (Revenue Manager & Capacity Manager), building a high-performance, insight-led pricing function.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and commercial teams to embed pricing excellence across the organisation.

Leverage data, competitor intelligence, and market trends to drive pricing innovation and continuous improvement.

Own reporting and performance tracking for pricing KPIs, presenting clear insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Essential:

Proven experience in a senior pricing or revenue management role within a B2C environment (ideally large-scale or high-volume).

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing C-suite or senior leadership.

Experience designing and executing dynamic pricing strategies in fast-paced, commercially driven environments.

Team management experience, with the ability to coach, challenge, and grow talent.
