What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the civil engineering team on a variety of exciting projects across retail, industrial, education, healthcare, and residential sectors
- Building and nurturing client relationships to secure new business and repeat work
- Driving team development by mentoring junior engineers and contributing to recruitment
- Overseeing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial success
- Collaborating closely with other disciplines and offices to create integrated, high-quality solutions
About You:
- A degree-qualified civil engineer (CEng or working towards Chartership)
- Proven experience in project leadership and business development
- Strong client network in the Derbyshire/Midlands region (or the drive to build one)
- A commercially aware and strategic mindset with a passion for team building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-a natural leader and collaborator
