Client Summary:
A trusted, Matrix-accredited provider recognised by the Skills Funding Agency's Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP).

Position Summary:
Deliver best in class technical training through working with the customer (both internal and external) to deliver various training courses, develop technical training material and collate associated manuals in line with contractual and business requirements. As an Associate you will be deployed onto project to support various companies around the United Kingdom.

Your Challenges:
* On-task assessments of work being undertaken by students
* Deliver technical training courses
* Act as a mentor and coach to apprentices and upskilling engineers.
* Signing off completed tasks in line with NVQ requirements
* Carry out competence assessment of staff using bronze, silver and gold processes and ensure records are maintained to an auditable standard
* Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to reflect current industry practices and technologies.
* Liaise with employers, depot managers, and industry stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational needs.
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards during all training activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
* Candidates with a significant previous experience in a similar role will be considered
* Teaching qualification at Level 3
* Relevant Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above
* A1 or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communications skills - capable of dealing with all levels of the organization & customers. Must be an effective team player, with the ability to work individually
* Must be willing to develop, and keep up to date with latest vehicle product technology
* Will require very strong IT skills and the ability to interpret and act upon available data
