e are currently looking to recruit Water Hygiene Engineers/Plumbers to work across multiple national contracts, providing compliance checks, testing, and some Legionella remedial works according to client requirements and scope instructions.

The role offers a fully expensed company vehicle with fuel card, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), a pension scheme, and a competitive salary. Opportunities for cross-training and career development are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all compliance checks and Legionella remedial works, including water hygiene monitoring, descaling, and chlorination of water assets.

  • Provide technical advice to clients regarding the works being carried out.

  • Work across multiple sites, completing surveys using hand-held devices.

  • Perform Legionella compliance tasks in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274.

  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded, including paperwork and photographs, prior to entry.

  • Travel to sites may be required, with accommodation and food allowance provided.

  • Meet personal appraisal targets as agreed with line management.

  • Carry out duties in accordance with health and safety policies and relevant legislation.

  • Uphold equal opportunity policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and legislation.

  • Previous experience conducting surveys and inspections within workplace health and safety compliance.

  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites, following strict quality control systems and operational procedures.

  • IT proficiency, including Excel and data management software.

  • Willingness to develop skills and knowledge within the field.

  • Basic plumbing skills are an advantage.

  • Professional appearance and ability to comply with company Code of Conduct.

  • Full, clean driving license.

  • Attendance at contract induction meetings and monthly general meetings is required, as communication is key.
