Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join their team for 4 weeks and this could be the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume on inbound calls
- Provide helpful, friendly support to customers.
- Address questions, concerns, and issues.
- Accurately record customer information and conversation details in our system.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are fully resolved, following up where necessary.
- Keep up with product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- A great communicator who loves helping others
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to show empathy to customers
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- IT literate
- 1 plus year of customer service experience
