An opportunity exists for an experienced General Maintenance Operative to join the Maintenance team in Derby.
The role involves carrying out Planned Fabric Works, Maintenance, and Reactive activities while adhering to contractual agreements.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a full clean driving license.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 per year, with a focus on achieving set SLA and KPI targets.
Successful applicants will need to obtain SC clearance before starting the role.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Maintenance Operative to join our Maintenance team, carrying out Planned Fabric Works, Maintenance and Reactive activities in accordance with our contractual agreements. The successful candidate will aim to achieve set SLA and KPI's whilst reporting to the Fabric Projects Team line management.

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours, Derby

Duties will include, but not limited to:-

Carry out various building fabric tasks as instructed.
Complete any other relevant fabric building tasks as reasonably requested.

Essential Experience/qualifications:

Must have sound interpersonal skills and pay attention to detail.
Must have experience and competence in relevant Health & Safety requirements
A very good understanding of building fabric/construction and have experience of working within retail, commercial, corporate or educational premises
Holder of a full clean and valid driving license

Desirable Qualifications:

CSCS Card
IPAF/PASMA

You will need to undertake SC clearance to start this role.
