We are currently recruiting on behalf of a regional construction contractor for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead night operations on a key Demolition and Build scheme in Derby.
Senior Site Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee all night-time site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of demolition and build activities.

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet programme deadlines.

Maintain rigorous health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with site policies.

Conduct regular night briefings and toolbox talks.

Liaise with day team and project management to ensure seamless handover and communication.

Monitor site progress and report on performance, risks, and milestones.
Senior Site Manager Requirements:

Proven experience managing demolition and/or build projects, ideally in a senior site role.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage night teams effectively.

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid at Work.

Experience working night shifts on construction projects is essential.

Asbestos Awareness and Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable).
