One of Derbyshire's most well-regarded conveyancing departments is looking to hire a passionate and enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer (Fee Earner or Legal Executive) to bolster its current offering in its Derby office

While working in this busy, fast-paced team, you'll handle your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. This includes sale & purchases, leasehold and freehold, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership and remortgages.

You'll have previous residential conveyancing experience (circa 2 years+),be confident liaising with clients and handling your own files autonomously.
