A leading East Midlands Legal 500 recognised law firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy and fast paced team in central Derby. The firm offers great benefits to include hybrid working for a real work life balance.

Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running on an array of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build with manageable caseloads! You will have full support from paralegals and legal assistants within the department.

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience to join a reputable firm in Derby with real progression prospects.
