Are you an experienced conveyancing professional who thrives on delivering outstanding client service and managing property matters from start to finish? We are looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and fast-moving legal team.

The Role
In this position, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to completion. You will work autonomously while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity matters independently 
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts 
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients 
- Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders 
- Conducting required searches and ensuring regulatory compliance 
- Accurately maintaining case management systems and meeting key deadlines 
- Supporting junior team members when needed

About You
To excel in this opportunity, you will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive 
- Experienced in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload 
- Confident, organised, and able to work to deadlines with accuracy 
- An excellent communicator with strong client care skills 
- Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results
