Are you an experienced conveyancing professional who thrives on delivering outstanding client service and managing property matters from start to finish? We are looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and fast-moving legal team.

This role offers exposure to high-quality work, established referral networks, and the chance to progress in a friendly and collaborative environment.

In this position, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to completion. You will work autonomously while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity matters independently

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts

• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients

• Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders

• Conducting required searches and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Accurately maintaining case management systems and meeting key deadlines

• Supporting junior team members when needed

• Competitive salary (40,000-55,000 DOE)

To excel in this opportunity, you will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive

• Experienced in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload

• Confident, organised, and able to work to deadlines with accuracy

• An excellent communicator with strong client care skills

• Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results
