Lorien's leading banking client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team and play a key role in providing helping to manage the analysis of complex business, franchise or function data to identify business issues and opportunities, supporting the delivery of high-quality business solutions.
This role would be suited for someone who has experience of working with Data Environments as a Jr. Data Analyst or a Graduate.
This role is based in Castle Donnington.
This role will be Via Umbrella.
Working in a Hybrid Model of 1 day a week on site.
Key Skills and Experience
- Plan and provide high quality analytical input to support the development and implementation of innovative processes and problem resolution.
- Capture, validate and document business and data requirements, making sure they are in line with key strategic principles.
- Interrogate, interpret and visualise large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities and identify solutions.
- Develop high level operating and business models, as well as detailed process documentation and associated training material.
- Naturally analytical with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop and build processes with enhanced efficiency and control
- Experience of liaising with different teams and combining multiple data sources to solve problems.
