Operations Lead - IT and Data | Hybrid in Derby | 3-6 months contract | 500 pd outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead - IT & Data to provide strategic and operational leadership across a multi-site organisation. This senior role will oversee IT systems, data management, and digital operations, ensuring services are secure, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level experience leading IT, data, or digital operations within a complex or multi-site organisation
• Strong strategic and operational understanding of ICT systems, data management, and digital services
• Proven ability to advise, support, and challenge senior leaders and executive teams
• Experience overseeing organisation-wide systems, including MIS or core business platforms
• Good working knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements
• Able to manage a varied and demanding workload with competing priorities
• Results-focused leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Collaborative and confident working across multiple sites and teams
