We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our busy joinery workshop in Derby, specialising in bespoke timber fire doors, fire-rated screens, and custom joinery.
If you’ve got at least 3 years’ hands-on bench joinery experience and take real pride in working to high standards—especially with fire-rated joinery—this could be your perfect next step.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manufacturing fire doors, fire-rated screens, and bespoke timber products
- Working from detailed technical drawings
- Assembling components to meet certification standards
- Managing your own workload and working to workshop schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years' bench joinery experience
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
- A team player with a proactive attitude
Job Details
- Location: Derby
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience (discussed at interview)
- Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
