Salary: £12.60 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Door Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for fabricating high-quality doors, working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate doors to precise specifications using a variety of hand tools.
- Measure, mark out, cut, and assemble doors.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products.
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to 5S workplace practices.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Experience with hand tools and measuring/marking equipment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in UPVC/composite door fabrication, including cutting, welding, and hanging doors (training can be provided if needed).
- Equipment maintenance experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification (advantageous).
- Ability to perform quality control inspections.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
