Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Level 2 may be considered)
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Background in childcare, early education, or youth support
* Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
Personal Attributes
* Caring, dependable, and committed to child development
* Confident in supporting play-based learning
* Enjoy working in both indoor and outdoor environments
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
