We are seeking a field-based Electrical Engineer with an auto-trade or auto-electrical background to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance on vehicle CCTV and driver assistance systems across a diverse client base.
The role of Electrical Engineer will involve
- Handling daily fault reports
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including vehicle CCTV and driver aid systems
- Planned maintenance activities
- Installation projects across bus, coach, rail, and mixed fleets
- Communicating professionally with customers and garage engineers
The ideal candidate for the Electrical Engineer will have:
- Experience in vehicle technology or auto-electrical environments
- Confident diagnosing and repairing auto electrical and driver aid system fault
- Bus, coach, or rail electrical experience advantageous
- Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as needed
- UK Driving Licence
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent customer communication
