Working within an established engineering and projects team you will play a pivotal role working on control panel systems carrying assembly and wiring before the products are tested and then sent out to customer sites. You will have a good electrical understanding with commercial or industrial electrical experience working on control panels.

What's involved for the Control Panel Wirer…

  • Build, assemble and wire electrical and electronic control panels
  • Wiring into PLC's
  • Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
  • Working with motor control gear and variable speed drives (VSD)
  • Work with hand tools, power tools and basic test equipment such as multi-meters
  • Maintaining equipment in factory

What you'll need…

  • Must have wiring and control panel experience
  • Experience with variable speed drives or motor control gear
  • Strong experience within industrial or commercial electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand product schematics, assembly instructions, and electrical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
