We are working with a global organisation in the sustainable engineering sector, seeking a part-time Senior Finance Analyst to support a major transformation programme. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong business partnering skills and experience in large, international environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and reporting for a global change programme

  • Deliver insight on cost management, programme benefits, and commercial outcomes

  • Ensure financial records are audit-ready and compliant with internal controls

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Finance and Programme Management

  • Provide clear financial commentary and support decision-making

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in a similar role

  • Strong analytical and corporate finance expertise

  • Experience in transformation environments and/or global organisations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines

This is a hybrid role requiring presence onsite in Derby 1-2 days per week, aligned with your agreed part-time working pattern. Flexibility on working hours and days can be offered.
