Role Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of private clients, including entrepreneurs, landlords, directors, and wealthy individuals
  • Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, trust accounts, and other relevant compliance documents
  • Providing proactive tax planning and wealth preservation advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances
  • Serving as a key point of contact for your clients, building trust and offering ongoing strategic support
  • Working closely with senior team members on technical matters and complex cases
  • Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff, contributing to team development
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to service improvement and client retention strategies

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience working with private clients within a practice environment
  • A solid technical background in personal tax and general accounting
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Confident in managing a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency
  • A collaborative team player who also thrives when working independently
