This newly created position offers a fantastic opportunity to step into a dedicated Finance Business Partnering / FP&A role, with exposure to M&A activity and direct interaction with senior leadership.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis using systems such as Netsuite, while working in a collaborative, people-focused environment that supports your professional development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior directors

  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

  • Work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO

What we’re looking for:

  • Part Qualified, Finalist or Newly Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing management information

  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience is an advantage)

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
