Role Responsibilities- Manage a broad portfolio of clients, including SMEs, family-owned businesses, and corporates across a range of industries
- Take the lead on year-end accounts, tax returns, and advisory projects, ensuring compliance and value-added support
- Act as a trusted adviser to your clients, offering commercial and practical solutions tailored to their needs
- Mentor, supervise, and review the work of junior and mid-level team members, helping them grow and succeed
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape team development, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
- Identify new service opportunities within your portfolio and assist with onboarding new clients when needed
- Ensure consistent service quality, hitting deadlines and exceeding client expectations

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients across sectors
- Excellent technical knowledge across accounts and tax compliance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- A confident communicator and trusted adviser, comfortable dealing directly with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and spotting growth opportunities
- £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
