Cleaners - Cover only
First Call are excited to be recruiting for Cleaners for a prestigious client at East Midlands Airport.
This is a very enjoyable role with a great company and fantastic conditions and facilities.
What's on offer:
- Shift pattern: Cover only
- Working hours: 0700 to 1900
- Salary - currently Minimum wage - £12.90
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning cargo aircraft to a high standard
- Loading of catering, cases of water and bedding packs to Aircraft fleet.
- Ability to work quickly and to meet tight deadlines
- Ensuring that you comply with all security processes at East Midlands Airport
- Operate all equipment, as per training, to meet safety expectations
- Working in a safe and tidy manner
- Cleaning of Pilot lounge including drink, coffee machine and food replenishment tasks
- Making of crew beds and cleaning bedrooms, organisation of linen delivery and collection
- Making up aircraft bedding packs
- Cleaning of Engineering hangar including use of ride on scrubber
- Completing catering requests and packing of catering
- Office work and ordering of goods included for absence and sickness cover
The ideal candidate:
- Takes pride in their work
- Can work from own merit but be a team player.
- Great work ethic
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Previous cleaning, warehouse and or airport experience is preferable
- Experience with Excel and office work is beneficial but not necessary
