Your new companyA well-established roofing company based in Derbyshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Estimator to join their team. This company prides itself on delivering high-quality roofing solutions, specifically flat roofing and exceptional customer service.Your new roleAs a Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating the costs of roofing projects for both residential and commercial properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site visits to evaluate project requirements.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and pricing.

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or in a similar role within the roofing industry.
• Experience with flat roofing, liquid, felt, hot melt etc.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimating.
• A valid driving licence and the ability to travel to project sites on occasion.
