Salary: 40,000 basic + Overtime
Location: Midlands (covering Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester & surrounding areas)

Marble Talent Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of automatic gates, barriers, and access control solutions. They are looking for a skilled Gate & Barrier Engineer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair automatic gates, barriers, and associated access control systems.

• Install new gates, barriers, and operators at client sites.

• Diagnose faults and carry out timely, effective solutions.

• Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and company procedures.

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.

• Provide clear job reports, documentation, and excellent customer service.

• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota (paid additionally).

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Gate & Barrier Engineer or similar role.

• Knowledge of electric gates, barriers, and automated access control systems.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Health & Safety aware and familiar with relevant legislation.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Professional, customer-focused approach with good communication skills.
