Job description

Telesales Executive - Derby
Monday Friday (08:45am - 5:15pm)
Salary: £25,000 basic salary + Bonus
OTE - £31K+ (Uncapped Commission Structure!)

What Youll Be Doing

  • Following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads! (Warm Leads with rare cold leads)
  • Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Building and nurturing relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM
  • Hitting (and exceeding!) monthly targets and KPIs
  • Collaborating with account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Proven experience in internal/telesales, customer service, or account management (B2B)
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
