You will join a team of specialist staff supporting learners with SEMH and neurological disorders.

You will need:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff
  • Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
  • Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour.
  • Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
  • Assisting in the planning and learning activities
  • Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils.
