You will join a team of specialist staff supporting learners with SEMH and neurological disorders.

You will need:
- To be motivated to make a positive difference to the students.
- Care deeply about students well-being and personal development.
- An interest in SEN.
- Good communication skills and set high expectations.
- Ability to relate well to pupils and adults.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work as part of a team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- 1:1 and small group pupil support under the direct supervision of teaching staff
- Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behaviour.
- Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
- Assisting in the planning and learning activities
- Promote and reinforce the inclusion, acceptance and integration of all pupils.
