HR Advisor Vacancy, Melbourne, Derbyshire6 months FTC£39,000-£41,000WFH 1 day per weekHR Recruit is currently seeking an HR professional for a 6 months maternity cover for an SME in Melbourne, Derbyshire. Reporting into a Director the organisation your primary responsibilities will include overseeing: recruitment and onboarding; employee relations; performance management with accurate filing and documentation; compensation and benefits tracking; training and development needs for all employees including short and medium term career planning and HR compliance.
