IT Contracts Analyst - Derby/Hybrid - Contract - 3 months

Contract Duration: 3 Month initial duration

We are seeking an IT Contract Analyst for a leading client based in Derby. The successful candidate will provide invaluable support to the existing team through effective management of contract and commercial processes. The client are seeking an organised Contract Management Specialist who can manage the contract process and liaise with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the setup and maintenance of contract records, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and plans are kept up to date.

  • Support in creation, audit and review of Statements of work (SOW).
  • Accuracy in administering commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of procurement and legal principles
  • RFQ / RFI / RFP involvement
  • Experience in upskilling internal resources
  • Creation of triage processes such as prioritisations
  • Strong experience managing high-level, detailed contracts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all processes are followed and the right people are involved.
  • Ability to collate high-level data points from contracts
  • Work in conjunction with IT teams with a focus on IT contracts.
