We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Integrated Management System (IMS) & Quality Coordinator, to be involved in Regulatory Affairs – the compliance for game-changing technology within the nuclear industry.

This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Integrated Management System (IMS), supporting governance, compliance, and quality across the organisation. You will act as the central point of coordination for all IMS activities, ensuring integrity, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll:
IMS Maintenance & Improvement: Maintain and improve the IMS user interface tool (Microsoft SharePoint), ensuring it is user-friendly, up to date, and accessible. Support IMS documentation (policies, procedures, standards, guidance, templates) and implement enhancements such as better navigation, search functionality, and automation (e.g., Power Automate).
Change Coordination: Coordinate and track IMS changes, ensuring formal change management processes are followed. Log requests, manage approvals, monitor progress, and oversee implementation.
Document Control & Logs: Maintain IMS logs and registers, tracking the status, history, and metadata of controlled documents.
Communication: Communicate IMS updates and quality news across the business via bulletins, intranet posts, and meetings.
Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define, capture, and report on IMS-related KPIs, leveraging tools like Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Lists to identify trends and compliance issues.
Training & Awareness: Support IMS-related training, including developing slide decks, quick guides, or e-learning content.
Certification & Audit Support: Support certification programmes and audits (e.g., ISO 9001), ensuring readiness and coordinating responses to external nuclear regulatory assessments.
Quality Initiatives: Contribute to continuous improvement and technology-driven initiatives that enhance IMS performance and organisational quality.

Key Selection Criteria:
Strong understanding of IMS frameworks and quality principles (e.g., ISO 9001), with awareness of regulatory and nuclear compliance obligations.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and familiarity with AI or analytics tools.
Ability to define and track performance metrics, analyse data, and generate actionable insights.
Strong project management, organisational, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and training capabilities.
Adaptable, resilient, and proactive, with a growth mindset to support evolving IMS processes.
Degree-qualified or equivalent experience experience in IMS, quality systems, document management, continuous improvement, or the nuclear industry is desirable.

Pay and Benefits
Bonus - On Target Performance Opportunity 7%
Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
