Job Responsibilities

• Manage information governance processes for Freedom of Information (FOI), Subject Access Requests (SAR), and data requests.

• Handle Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Sharing Agreements (DSA).

• Address and manage data breaches effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Considerable experience in managing information governance processes.

• Strong understanding of FOI, SAR, and data request procedures.

• Proven ability to handle DPIA, DSA, and data breaches.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with similar organizations or in similar roles.

• Additional certifications in information governance or data protection.
