We are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative with a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail to help maintain and enhance our green spaces.
About the Role: As part of our grounds team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep of gardens, parks, and outdoor areas. Tasks include grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, and general grounds care. You'll be working outdoors in all seasons, helping to keep our spaces clean, safe, and attractive.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is essential.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is a must, as travel between sites may be required.
- Skills: You should be comfortable using gardening tools and machinery, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attitude: Reliable, hardworking, and with a genuine interest in outdoor work.
