Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Work on masterplanning, urban design, and residential projects
- Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Vectorworks
- Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
- Experience with masterplanning, residential layouts, and urban design
- Proficiency with Vectorworks would be desirable
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong graphical skills to create visualizations and design documents
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to Derby
- Full UK driver's license
