An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Fee Earner (3-5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Family department in Derby. This role offers the chance to work alongside a skilled team, handling a varied caseload of family law matters and making a real impact for clients.
The Role
As a Family Solicitor/Fee Earner, you will:
- Advise and represent clients across the full spectrum of family law matters
- Undertake advocacy and provide direct client advice
- Manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Contribute to the growth and success of the family team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 3–5+ PQE in Family law (or closely related area)
- Confident in advocacy and client-facing work
- Ability to manage cases independently and hit the ground running
- Experience of legally aided family work is desirable
