Job Title:Site Manager

Thorn Baker's Award-Winning client is looking for aSite Manager to join their expanding team. This house builder an outstanding reputation for high quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new development in Derbyshire consisting of high spec traditional housing.
What's in it for you:
- £270 per day
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
- Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
- Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
- Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager for a traditional Housing Developer.
- SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work
- Excellent knowledge of Traditional buildConstruction.
- Full UK Driving License
